The IVL Foundation continues to support the agricultural experiments at Kaenthong Uppatham School in Bangkok this year.
In March, the IVL Foundation brought together students from Kaenthong Uppatham School—whose agricultural experiments have been supported by the Foundation since 2020—and Matthayom Suwitserianusorn School, both under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, to lead an agricultural hands-on workshop for junior high school students at Bannurnpayom School in Prachuap Khiri Khan.
This unique peer-to-peer learning experience allowed the BMA students to share their practical knowledge in sustainable farming and hydroponics, fostering meaningful exchanges across regions. The workshop not only enhanced the younger students’ understanding of sustainable agriculture but also empowered the student leaders to develop confidence, leadership, and teaching skills.
As a token of appreciation, the IVL Foundation organized an excursion to SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World for the student mentors. The trip offered a valuable opportunity to explore marine biodiversity and sparked a deeper awareness of ocean conservation.
